Service Description

It takes ten months to prepare your body for a baby, so remember that it’s not a race to get your body back. We want to start by nourishing your body with healthy foods to help support your hormones, especially during recovery time. This online or in-person program is designed for women who are 41+ weeks along or have given birth and want a personalised guide to understanding and rebuilding their body. This program includes weekly check ins, workouts and nutrition that is geared towards recovery. Coach Kristina helps Postnatal women stay active and healthy by managing weight, building strength, protecting their core and pelvic floor, and recivering from child birth and the demands of motherhood in the fourth trimester. Plus, learn to eat healthy to properly fuel your body (and baby). Package Includes: -Weekly in-person, virtual, coaching calls, to check in, make adjustments and keep you motivated. -Nutrition Coaching - recommending foods to include into your diet along with easy meal ideas. -Strength and cardio workouts in 4 week blocks to help you reach your goals and break through plateaus.
